Egg white, Oatmeal + Berry Bowl
-3 egg whites -1/2C oatmeal -Handful berries of choice -1/4tsp cinnamon -1/4tsp vanilla extract -1/2T maple syrup or honey for sweetness (optional)
1) Cook oatmeal according to instructions and add cinnamon + vanilla. 2) While oats are very hot, add in 3 egg whites (previously beaten) 3) Mix well (the eggs will begin to cook in the hot oats) 4) Microwave for an additional 45 seconds-1 minute (until eggs are cooked) 5) top with berries and sweetener of choice
