Form Mistakes: (AS PICTURED) Relying on the handles which will transfer the weight from the lower body and core to the arms thus taking out the 'work' and significantly reduces the effectiveness of this cardiovascular exercise.
Form Corrections: Rest your fingertips or lightly holding onto the handles for balance, ensuring that you are not transferring any excess weight on the arms. Try and maintain an upright posture and when in doubt, just start off slow and build your way up!
