Here at Saldare, we work as teams; not only with the client but also with our physical therapist, corrective exercise specialists, massage therapists and acupuncturist to provide the most individualized total wellness experience. YOGA AND PILATES INSTRUCTION

The benefits of Yoga and Pilates have been scientifically proven to not only increase physical strength, flexibility, posture and balance but also improve mental clarity, concentration, and focus. This mind-body practice is a wonderful way to provide a sense of self aware-ness, fulfillment and gratitude in our daily lives. Saldare’s experienced Yoga and Pilates Instructors provide a safe, nurturing experience for the beginner, seasoned yogi or pre/post injury client to move at their own pace and work on specific goals for their practice without judgment, ego, or fear.

Prices start at $60/half hour $110/hour

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

Often described as falling somewhere in between personal training and physical therapy, corrective exercise optimizes movement and creates a more symmetrical, functional and posturally correct body. When the body is imbalanced due to injury, surgery, joint misalignment, or muscle weakness the entire system is affected. Corrective exercise focuses on the underlying cause of pain, and provides structure and foundation to decrease pain, improve posture, and increase range of motion. Corrective Exercise training also allows the client to progress to more vigorous and advanced exercise methodologies. Saldare’s corrective exercise specialists will work with your doctor, physical therapist and alternative therapy practitioners to provide for the optimum wellness plan.
